By using RealNames, you agree to these terms.

The Service

RealNames provides professional email forwarding. We register a domain matching your surname and forward emails from your chosen address to your existing email account.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your payment method current
• Don't use the service for spam, fraud, or illegal activities
• Maintain a valid forwarding address

Payment and Renewal

Primary addresses are $39/year. Family members are $19/year each. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel. We'll email you before renewal.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your email will continue working until the end of your paid period. We don't offer refunds for partial periods.

Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Email forwarding depends on third-party providers and internet infrastructure outside our control.

Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or don't pay. We'll try to give you notice when possible.

Limitation of Liability

RealNames is provided "as is." We're not liable for missed emails, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes by email.
