How do I change where my emails forward to?

Sign in to your dashboard and click "Edit Forwarding" next to your email address. Changes take effect immediately.

Can I add family members to my account?

Yes! Additional family members on the same domain are just $19/year each. Add them from your dashboard.

How do I update my payment method?

Sign in to your dashboard and click "Manage Billing" to update your card or view invoices.

Will senders know my email forwards somewhere else?

No. When someone emails you at your RealNames address, they have no way of knowing it forwards to your personal email. Your professional address is what they see.

Setting Up Your Email

On iPhone/iPad

Go to Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account → Other. Enter your RealNames email address and the password we sent you.

On Android

Open your email app → Add account → Other (or IMAP). Enter your RealNames email address and password.

On Mac/PC

In your email application, add a new account using IMAP. Your incoming server is mail.titan.email and outgoing is smtp.titan.email.
